We offer our regular customers a 5% discount on their orders and free shipping.
Our twin packs are excluded from the 5% discount, as they are already discounted by 10%.
How do I become a regular customer?
- A customer account with us is required. The system can only recognize you as a regular customer if you are logged into your customer account. You will be identified by the email address you have registered with us.
- You can only become a regular customer after your second order .
- The third requirement is a previous order value of at least €300. As soon as their orders exceed the €300 threshold, the system marks them as a regular customer and will apply the 5% discount to their next purchase.
Switch to the new shop system
When we switched to the new shop system, we transferred our customer list. However, if you no longer have access to your previously used email address – perhaps the old board member is no longer in office – please send us an email so we can register a different email address in the system. Only one email address can be used to log in to your customer account.
Do I need a password?
No, you no longer need a password. Instead, upon registration, we will send an email to the email address you provided containing a code that you then need to enter. You only need access to your email account to receive the code.
